The story of a raver who took an estimated 40,000 ecstasy capsules and survived has not too long ago resurfaced.
Identified solely as Mr A, his story was initially printed in a little-known 2006 report in psychiatry journal Psychosomatics, in keeping with The Face.
Mr A took the capsules between the ages of 21 and 30, and on the top of his consumption he took round 25 eccies a day.
