Founded way back in 1946 as Stanton Magnetics, the Stanton brand has been on hiatus in recent years but is set to return this summer with the limited-edition STX portable scratch turntable. Eagle-eyed viewers will note the similarities with the PT01 turntable from Stanton’s sister brand Numark, but the Stanton offering looks significantly more professional, featuring pitch control, a Mini Innofader and rechargeable batteries.
