When Gryffin took a well-deserved vacation to Kauai, Hawaii in early February after his Alive album run through the end of 2022, he slotted just a little extra time for business purposes. That resulted in breathtaking, hour-long stream that he recorded just off the water—and also adjacent to a golf course—with a batch of unreleased music. And those included a Last Heroes’ edit of “Whole Heart,” a Midnight Kids rework of “Woke Up In Love,” and Gryffin’s first piece of music since his sophomore album in November of 2022.
