HBO has released the first trailer for its upcoming documentary following the life of the “Queen of Disco” Donna Summer.
Due to land on our screens May 20, Love to Love You, Donna Summer has been co-directed between Oscar and EMMY winner Roger Ross Williams and Summer’s daughter, Brooklyn Sudano.
Using a mixture of footage from performances to never-seen-before at-home footage, this is said to be a “deeply personal portrait of Summer on and off the stage.”
