Billionaire businessman, and real estate developer, Moishe Mana just announced plans for a $20 million-plus redevelopment of the former RC Cola Plant in Wynwood, Miami. A move forward on the long-stalled vision for his portfolio in Miami’s arts district, according to The Real Deal.
