The team behind Cafe 1001 have announced their decision to permanently close the doors of their beloved sister venue, Werkhaus, one of East London’s original warehouse party locations. Details for the closing weekend, which will take place on 14th September to 16th September are being announced in the coming weeks, sending off this iconic space in style.
Formerly known as The Back Room of Cafe 1001, since the early 2000s it has hosted a multitude of live music and DJ performances from acts such as Ed Sheeran, Nick Mulvey, Lykke Li, Solomun, Ben Klock and the late US Legend K-Hand.
