Live Nation Entertainment has been hit with a wage theft lawsuit.
Filed by Bibiyan Law Group, pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), it claims that the music giant has failed to provide “compliant meal and rest periods failure to compensate workers for off-the-clock labour and failure to provide workers with accurate itemized wage statements” reports Law.com.
