Travis Scott’s lawyer, Steve Brody, told the court that no information from the LA-based rapper’s phone could be used in the Astroworld trial as it was sitting at the bottom of the ocean.
Scott faced a civil disposition lasting over eight hours on September 18, relating to the hundreds of lawsuits that have been filed after the Astroworld tragedy in 2021 where the crowd were crushed and 10 people were killed.
