50 Cent is the latest celebrity to put his financial might into UK football, with his sponsorship of AFC Rumney — an under-14s girls team based in Cardiff.
According to Sky News, ‘In Da Club’ US rapper’s insignia will now feature on the girls’ kit along with that of his hip hop group, G Unit which also includes artists Tony Yayo, and Lloyd Banks.
As part of the sponsorship, 50 Cent has provided a new “top-quality away kit” and club tracksuits for the team.
