It’s time to celebrate your favorite tight end, as Sunday (Oct. 22) is the NFL‘s National Tight Ends Day.
National Tight Ends Day first started in 2019 after San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle was caught in a mic’d-up segment making a joke about tight ends having their own holiday — and he got his wish, as it’s now celebrated every fourth Sunday in October.
This year, Kittle took his goal for tight end appreciation a step further by recruiting his 49ers teammates Christian McCaffrey, Ross Dwelley, Charlie Woerner and Kyle Juszczyk for a hilarious National Tight Ends Day music video…
