A small Spanish village reportedly held a six-day illegal rave that was positively received by the mayor as “well organized” and good for the economy.

On December 30, residents of the Granada province La Peza were sent an influx of cars, tents, and seven stages for a free party near their town with a population of only 1,200 people.

But while many cities and towns would have immediately shut down the illegal gathering, the mayor seemed impressed by the organization and even worked with the local police to keep an eye on the ravers rather than shutting it down.
