Chart-topping duo Moksi is splitting up. Diego Stijnen, a.k.a. MC DMC, is going solo after eight years of working on the project.
The news was announced on their social media with a long message from Stijnen saying, “With a heavy heart I’ve decided that it’s time for me to leave Moksi.”
He continued, “I’m ready to take my experience as an MC and producer to the next level. I want to evolve and establish myself as a solo artist. I’m ready for the next chapter in my life. The last 8 years were a dream and I’ll always look back on it like that!”
