Detroit DJ Rick Wilhite has launched a GoFundMe following a diagnosis of neuropathy.
According to the GoFundMe page, Wilhite was diagnosed with the condition following an “unfortunate accident” which led to burns on his feet.
“I’m currently recovering from my first round of treatment, including a surgical procedure,” he explains. “My mobility is minimal, and I’m in substantial pain. But I’m grateful.”
