Kygo’s new remix of a song that star footballer Erling Haaland made as a teenager has become the unofficial anthem of Norway’s World Cup run.
For a bit of fun ahead of the Norwegian national soccer team’s round of 16 matchup with Brazil last weekend, the chart-topping Norwegian artist promised to release his remix of “Kygo Jo”—a homemade rap song made by a then-16-year-old Haaland and his friends in 2016—only if the world-famous striker scored in the match.
