City of Miami voters have officially approved a major 40-year management agreement to revive and restore the long-shuttered Miami Marine Stadium on Virginia Key. Passing with overwhelming support—earning over 68% of the vote—the referendum greenlights a partnership with Oak View Group’s event management arm, Global Spectrum, alongside local nightlife and hospitality powerhouse Breakwater Hospitality Group.
