Live Nation and First Avenue Entertainment have announced plans for a new 5,500-capacity indoor music venue in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood.
Dubbed the SoDo Ballroom, the new venue will be built as an addition to the existing Boxyard event space, directly across the street from T-Mobile Park along 1st Avenue South, and neighboring Hatback Bar & Grill.
