Death Cab for Cutie, the indie rock group that got its start in Bellingham, will return to headline the Seattle festival for the first time in a decade. The band will showcase its upcoming album I Built You a Tower as part of the Labor Day weekend celebration at the Seattle Center on Sept. 5–6.
