Kaskade’s standout Coachella performance brought a multitude of announcements and surprises: nine IDs, confirmation of the ORIGIN // album and appearances from a variety of special guests across the industry. Easily the most unexpected moment, however, was the premiere of ‘A Little Bit,’ a dubstep track with one of the genre’s fastest-rising stars, Crankdat. The step away from Kaskade’s usual style, especially with a big-name collaboration, became a highly talked about segment of an already exceptional set.
