AI music platform Suno is facing a proposed class action lawsuit after a recently disclosed data breach exposed the personal information of more than 55 million user accounts.
The breach occurred in November 2025 but only became public months later. It reportedly exposed names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, purchase histories, and partial payment card information. Have I Been Pwned later added the compromised data to its database. Users could then check whether the breach affected their information.
