Richie Hawtin has extended his long-running partnership with Prada, composing a new body of work under his Plastikman alias for Pradasphere, the fashion house’s expansive new exhibition at Prada Galleria in Milan.
Rather than a single soundtrack, Hawtin built out Plastikman material for each individual space inside the exhibition, treating sound as part of the architecture rather than something layered on top of it.
