William Orbit, the British producer who worked extensively with Madonna, U2, Blur and more, has died. He was 69.
The news was announced via a statement from his family and friends on Orbit’s verified Instagram account, which said he died at home on July 23. “He will be greatly missed by us and by so many whose lives he touched through his music, friendship and kindness,” the statement said.
