Italy’s Alien Sound Festival has been postponed after strong winds caused its main stage to collapse during construction ahead of what was supposed to be a two-day event in Naples last weekend.
The festival was scheduled to run on 4th and 5th July at its regular site — a former NATO base in the Bagnoli neighborhood of Naples — with a lineup that included GORDO and Ozuna. Footage circulating on social media showed the main stage structure coming down mid-build as a gust swept through the site, taking lighting towers and surrounding structures with it.
