Finneas is set to be the keynote speaker at the Guild of Music Supervisors’ 12th annual State of Music in Media Conference. The two-time Oscar winner and 11-time Grammy winner is scheduled to speak on Saturday, Aug. 15 at 11:00 a.m. on the campus of West Los Angeles College in Culver City, Calif. His keynote, titled “Inside the Importance of Music and Its Powerful Connection to Story: A Conversation with Finneas O’Connell,” will be moderated by Diallo Riddle, who received a Primetime Emmy nod in 2011 as a writer on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
