New Orleans is getting its own stop on the Freaky Deaky calendar. The Halloween-themed festival is making its New Orleans debut October 30-31 at Mardi Gras World, bringing two nights of electronic music, costumes and haunted-house-style production to a city that already treats Halloween like a second Mardi Gras.
