Seven Lions took his catalog somewhere it had never been on September 25, teaming up with the Seattle Symphony for a one-night-only performance called Opus Harmonia at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall. The show reworked 17 of the producer’s tracks for a 60-piece orchestra, marking the first time the Seattle Symphony has collaborated with an electronic artist in this kind of full-scale capacity.
The project came together with Andrew Joslyn, the Seattle Symphony’s Associate Director of Popular Programming, who handled composition and orchestration duties. Norman Huynh conducted the performance, and Seven Lions himself…
