MRAK is no longer a managing director of Karmat Music GmbH, the Berlin company behind Afterlife. Shareholder minutes filed with the Berlin commercial register show that Anyma (Matteo Milleri) and co-founder Aurelia Ortiz voted on August 6, 2026 to remove Carmine Conte from the role with immediate effect. The commercial register recorded the change on August 17.
The filing adds detail to MRAK’s exit from Afterlife, which EDMTunes reported on September 29. It also clarifies what the resolution did and did not do. Conte was removed from management, but the same filing continues to list him as a 30% shareholder….
